- License consists of functionality modules and user access separately.
- Total amount consists of prices for all functionality + price for number of concurrent user access.

Lease
- lease gives the opportunity of easier financing and cost management when using UBS21 ERP,
- lease payment is made on the basis of monthly bills,
- the total value of lease for UBS21 is number of concurrent users times monthly lease unit price,
- monthly lease unit price:
- first 24 months monthly lease price is 5% from total license amount,
- from 25 months to continue, monthly lease price is 2% from total license amount.
